I've supported customers across food service and retail at Jimmy John's and Ingles Markets, handling payments, checkout, order accuracy, documentation, and fast-moving requests with a friendly, solutions-first approach. I also coordinate daily operations, inventory, staff training, and team communication.

I'm pursuing a B.B.A. in Management at Kennesaw State University and bring hands-on troubleshooting ability, including independently diagnosing and rebuilding a car engine. I'm comfortable in person, remotely, or in physically active work environments.
