At SEI Investments, I led consolidation of the digital investor experience onto Drupal 10, PHP, React, and MySQL, replacing fragmented campaign sites. I improved p95 page-generation time from 1.8 seconds to approximately 850 milliseconds and cut regression-suite duration from 28 minutes to 14 minutes.

I build API-driven CMS platforms with custom Drupal modules, React or Angular interfaces, OAuth 2.0, and reusable design-system components. I’ve delivered WordPress-to-Drupal migrations that preserved canonical URLs, media, taxonomy mappings, and redirects through phased releases.

At BlueWater Federal Solutions, I modernized a federal self-service portal using Drupal, PHP, Angular, and Azure, reducing failed content releases from about 6% to 2%. Earlier at WaFd Bank, I built WordPress mortgage education and branch campaign experiences, including plugins for rate tables, branch profiles, and lead-routing forms.

I stay hands-on with architecture, performance tuning, testing, cloud delivery, incident diagnosis, code reviews, and mentoring. I translate design, content, security, and operational requirements into maintainable delivery plans.
