At HOME and Blue Flame Group, I built enterprise IT from scratch across two Microsoft 365 tenants and lead the architecture, security, and technical delivery of 8AI, an Azure-based SaaS platform for Public Housing Authorities.
I took 8AI from concept through its first deployment at HOME. I rebuilt automated income determination so caseworkers can review an explainable agent’s source documents, rules, and values before approving write-back; certification processing time fell roughly 4x.
At Talroo, I directed five engineering units through 4X revenue growth, grew engineering from 15 to 50+, and drove 33%+ ongoing cloud infrastructure savings across Snowflake and AWS. I also founded the company’s first Data Engineering team and led its Snowflake data warehouse initiative.
Earlier, at Pulselight, I owned security posture and HIPAA compliance and built a private customer cloud in a SOC 2 data center. At Ultra Electronics ATS, I introduced ITIL practices and led a VMware/Jenkins initiative that cut engineering build-cycle time 30%.
