I developed and deployed a self-hosted Azure OpenAI LLM platform in GCCH for secure, compliant processing of CUI throughout proposal management. I also established AI governance policies aligned with federal regulations.
At Microsoft, I led a team of 30 experts working toward Microsoft 365 OKRs and directed a Windows 10 End-of-Life transition for 12 states. Earlier, I architected migrations that moved over 1 million seats to Office 365.
I've written eighteen books on Microsoft 365, security, identity, and automation, including one licensed by the Microsoft Power Platform product group. I also advise my local school district on technology curriculum and mentor students and peers on technical topics.
