Anthony Boaz
@anthonyboaz
I’m a Data Center Technician who installs fiber, secures facilities, and keeps operations moving.
What I'm looking for
I bring hands-on data center experience, familiar with data center layouts, and I currently work as a Data Center Technician at ABLe Communications. My day-to-day includes telecom and fiber optic operations—pulling and running cable, reading and understanding computer cutsheets, scanning serial numbers, labeling strands, and assigning fiber by length for installation. I also travel to different data centers to support operations and teach new employees the routes and layouts requested by the client.
Beyond the floor work, I’ve built a strong security and compliance foundation from roles as a Security Officer and Detention Officer. I’m comfortable with access control, surveillance, dispatching, incident reporting, and training others while keeping safety front-and-center. I also bring operational versatility from warehouse and biomedical work—picker/packer tasks, shipping and receiving, and animal husbandry duties at UT Southwestern—so I can adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
