What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help people move forward through personal or professional challenges, changes, decisions, and goals, using coaching that builds clarity, confidence, and direction.

I'm a self-employed Life and Executive Coach, providing face-to-face and online 1:1 and group coaching since 2021. I help people work through challenges, manage overwhelm, cope with transitions, make important decisions, and build self-esteem.

Previously, at Nordic Medical Centre – Institute of Higher Education in Ethiopia, I coached students and staff, lectured, facilitated leadership and team-training workshops, and supported organizational leadership and management.

My background spans health communication at JHU School of Public Health, teaching English and Early Years education, and professional coach training. I'm passionate about helping people uncover their potential, gain direction, and take their next steps with confidence.
