At i2c, I support production payment systems by investigating incidents, analyzing transaction flows and system logs, and helping clients resolve technical issues across high-volume fintech environments.
I led certification and migration work for Foris (Crypto.com) card programs moving to an Authorization Host model, validating end-to-end payment flows with Visa Test System and achieving zero critical production impact. I also collaborated with Thales Group on secure dual-authentication SFTP migration, testing file pipelines for clients including Foris and Wirex with zero data loss.
I work closely with engineering, QA, client technical teams, and business teams to deliver debugging insights, validation results, onboarding support, and stable product launches across the USA, EU, and APAC.
