At Insight Global, where I work with client GTT, I designed a Dataverse country-to-state lookup to improve address data quality while preserving compatibility with external integrations. I also investigated storage overages and carried out governed cleanup of audit logs, Customer Voice survey data, and activity records.
At Velosio, I developed CRM integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and plugins. Earlier, at Allen Institute, I developed Dynamics CRM and Power Apps solutions for student enrollment, academic management, inventory, and parent access.
