At Process Fusion Inc, I develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM functionality for PassportONE, a funding administration and reimbursement platform supporting adults with developmental disabilities. I deliver customizations with plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate, and develop SSRS reports.
Since 2023, I’ve contributed to PassportONE’s cloud migration, development, and support after supporting on-premises enhancements and operations. I also work across testing and production support, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
At HCL Technologies Ltd, I delivered Dynamics 365 development, Azure integrations, SQL database solutions, and reporting across projects in retail, manufacturing, travel, and telecommunications. For the Best Buy Integration Foundation Team, I developed Azure Functions that validated incoming data and created Dynamics 365 records.
My project work also includes C# plugins and JavaScript customizations for the GE Appliances CRM migration, and SQL data models and reporting for Pentair TrackAsset and eDge. I hold the Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solutions Architect Expert certification.
