I’m a Revenue Cycle professional focused on A/R follow-up, denials, and claim resolution. I bring hands-on experience handling Medicaid payer claims, performing AR follow-ups, and resolving denials with accuracy and efficiency.

At Accenture, I managed claim workflows as a Claim Associate (IMH), analyzing aging reports, coordinating with insurance representatives, and ensuring timely claim reim. I’m detail-oriented and proactive, with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management habits.

In my current AR Analyst role at R1 RCM, I manage insurance follow-ups, analyze and resolve denials, and work on unpaid/underpaid claims. I review EOBs, ensure timely claim closure, and support AR aging and productivity expectations.

I use Epic Resolute and Cerner, with a deep understanding of EOB/Electronic remittance advice and payer-specific guidelines for Medicaid and Medicare. I’m committed to eliminating timely filing write-offs, denials, and appeals through proactive outreach.
