I identify companies with active openings and research hiring managers, founders, HR leaders, and recruiters. I use that research to build targeted prospect databases and guide outreach priorities.
I send targeted client emails, share relevant candidate profiles, and follow up with interested accounts. This work helped secure 3 client confirmations in 2025 and 5 in 2026.
Earlier at Teksky LLC, I marketed IT consultants to U.S. implementation partners, vendors, and clients, matching profiles to requirements and coordinating submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding. I also trained and onboarded a Junior Research Associate who achieved a placement approximately 1.5 months after training.
