I’m looking for a principal-level role where I can lead platform architecture and engineering standards, drive reliability at scale, and deliver mission-critical financial or distributed systems with strong cross-team alignment.

I’m a Principal Engineer with 10+ years building high-scale distributed platforms across fintech, supply chain, and e-commerce. I specialize in platform architecture, financial systems, and end-to-end technical leadership.

At Captain Fresh, I’m digitizing seafood factory operations across geographies—owning platforms for inventory and shipment workflows serving 20k+ users and $200M+ in annual revenue. I architected and shipped a unified audit trail framework for 10+ microservices and 100k+ events per day to enable compliance-grade traceability and governance.

I also led platform-wide multi-tenancy for ~20 tenants with dynamic row-level, schema-level, and DB-level isolation configured per tenant at runtime. In parallel, I’m piloting an internal RAG-powered engineering chatbot indexing ~1000 Confluence pages using LangGraph with a custom retrieval and grading pipeline.

I’ve grown delivery through org-wide engineering standards while building and managing a team of 8+ engineers, leading cross-team technical direction and stakeholder alignment. Previously, I built a configurable processing engine across 80+ factories, a Working Capital Management system processing $10M+ transactions/month, and shipment tracking for 100K+ tonnes—plus reliability improvements that reduced MTTR by ~40% using New Relic, Grafana, and Sentry.
