I'm the founding People advisor at ThinkCyte, building HR infrastructure for a global biotechnology company manufacturing AI-driven cell-analysis instruments across North America, Europe, and Japan.

At Form Energy, I advise CTO and VP organizations on organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, role clarity, retention, and complex employee matters across engineering, R&D, supply chain, and technical manufacturing.
