I’m looking for a role where I can investigate fraud end-to-end, improve detection accuracy, and deliver clear reporting against KPIs/SLA targets—while working with supportive teams that value compliance, continuous learning, and measurable results.

I’m a Fraud Analyst with experience investigating chip-and-pin fraud and scam claims, verifying transactions with customers, and making refund or decline decisions in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. I respond to 30+ daily fraud alerts, analyze account and transaction histories, and deliver daily investigation reporting to internal management and external clients.

I’ve also built strong finance and operational foundations through roles including Accounts Officer and Finance & Administrative Officer, where I produced financial reports, managed tax and SSNIT compliance, and improved transparency and forecasting.
