I'm looking to lead and improve BI reporting, automation, data quality, and stakeholder-driven analytics while collaborating with international teams and mentoring analysts.

At Wilson HCG, I lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions using Oracle OBIEE, DOMO, and Power BI for global recruitment and talent analytics. I turn stakeholder needs into dashboards, ad hoc insights, and unified datasets that support data-informed workforce planning.
