I’m a Senior Product Manager with 7+ years of experience in SaaS, B2B and fintech products. I “own the full cycle — discovery and UX, API integration, analytics set-up, multi- region launch and stakeholder management,” and I’m at my best in cross-platform, cross-functional international environments of up to 20 people.
Most recently, I led 0-1 web & mobile delivery and launched new products across Kazakhstan, Brazil and Russia as the sole PM/PO. I launched a Kazakhstan white-label payout mobile app MVP in under 2 months (scaled to 1500 active couriers and ~15K monthly card payouts), built the Russian payout platform Haskaplan from scratch (100+ signed companies and 3500+ deliverymen in 3 months), and scaled Brazilian payouts with PIX and SMS OTP integrations to 1000 registered users.
I also bring strong product analytics and technical delivery depth. I instrumented product analytics from scratch via Yandex.DataLens (metrics tree, schema design and spec, and C-level/operational dashboards), led REST/SOAP integrations (including Faster Payments System with 3 banks), and built in-house KYC processing and an OTP-based Simple Electronic Signature to avoid third-party exposure for sensitive data.
