I’m a Compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse focused on patient assessment, care planning, and coordinated communication across teams. My approach is grounded in patience and empathy, with a strong emphasis on clear documentation and using EMR systems to keep care accurate and timely.

As a Registered Nurse-Level III in the NICU, I perform comprehensive system-based assessments, interpret clinical data and trends, and escalate care when a patient’s status changes. I stabilize infants using ventilators and non-invasive respiratory support, manage intravenous therapy and medications safely, and educate parents through treatment and discharge planning.

I’m drawn to remote elder-care navigation because it aligns with how I want to help—supporting older adults, guiding families through care decisions, and helping people stay safe and supported at home. My senior capstone on Lewy Body Dementia strengthened my understanding of cognitive decline, caregiver challenges, and long-term care planning.
