What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can provide efficient, professional service, communicate clearly, support daily operations, and help create positive experiences in a fast-paced environment.

I've delivered customer-focused transportation services with Lyft and Uber while maintaining clean, comfortable, professional experiences. Most recently, I supported Serving Seniors as a Nutrition Site Coordinator, preparing meal-service reports, entering data, assisting participants, and guiding volunteers.

I've also led and supervised youth sports and camp programs with San Diego Unified, Athlead Advantage, and the YMCA, coaching basketball, soccer, and volleyball, creating rosters and activity plans, coordinating logistics, and communicating with parents. I'm bilingual in Spanish and bring customer service, student supervision, Excel, Word, and fast-paced operations experience.
