At RingCentral, I designed an AI-native development workspace that supports the software development lifecycle from FDD analysis and project-memory retrieval through Jira story generation, technical design, implementation, and test-case generation.
I built context-aware, spec-driven AI workflows that identify relevant project memory, classes, and dependencies, then generate Jira stories for user validation and technical designs for Chief Architect review. I also led a team of six Salesforce developers delivering a custom enterprise CPQ solution.
At RingCentral, I architected a Quote-to-Cash solution for the Professional Services business, supporting quoting, order generation, upsell and downsell, and usage-based billing through platform integration. I also designed REST API integration frameworks for product, pricing, order, and billing synchronization.
