I’m a Quality Assurance Senior Microbiologist with 3.7+ years of experience across FMCG and pharmaceutical manufacturing, specializing in microbiological quality control, HACCP implementation, and environmental monitoring (PEM/nPEM). I focus on ensuring compliance with GMP, GLP, and food safety standards while strengthening preventive controls in high-care environments.

In my current role at Makson Pharmaceutical (Mondelez Unit), I lead Environmental Monitoring (PEM/nPEM) programs to maintain 100% compliance with microbiological safety standards. I implement HACCP-based hazard analysis, identify Critical Control Points (CCPs), and strengthen preventive actions. I also use data-driven root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce consumer complaint trends, and I improved product quality with a 6.3% reduction in complaints.

I’m experienced in audit management and quality systems execution—most notably achieving 100% audit compliance in Mondelez QP audits. I develop and standardize SOPs aligned with Mondelez Quality Policies, conduct non-pathogen testing for RM & FG to support batch release decisions, and contribute to internal and external audit readiness. I also coordinate sensory evaluation programs and work closely with warehouse and production teams to make quality-based product release decisions.
