I'm delivering audit-ready microbiology quality control and validation for pharmaceutical manufacturing at Panacea Biotec Pharma Ltd.
I execute environmental monitoring, microbiological analysis, microbial limit and bioburden testing, compressed-air monitoring, and water trend analysis in accordance with IP, BP, USP, and approved procedures.
I own autoclave validation end-to-end, including heat distribution and penetration studies, load pattern validation, biological indicator analysis, cycle verification, and validation reporting. I also investigate OOS/OOT results and deviations and drive CAPA closure with QA.
Previously at Johnson & Johnson's Consumer Product Division, I supported risk-based environmental monitoring, sterility and endotoxin testing, purified-water monitoring, growth-promotion testing, media suitability, and disinfectant efficacy testing under global QMS and ALCOA+ principles.
