At NCR Eduservices, I work as an Assistant Professor. My academic work focuses on artificial intelligence in HR, emotional intelligence, and workforce behaviour.
At Galgotias University, I completed my Ph.D. on the impact of artificial intelligence attitude on workforce emotional intelligence in India's IT industry. My research used PLS-SEM, the AIAS-4, and an adapted Belinda Davies Emotional Intelligence Scale.
I have published research on AI and emotional intelligence in areas including decision-making, job performance, and digital technology's effects on human resource management. I also authored Human Resource Management and edited Exploring the Sustainable Business World in the Era of Digital Transformation.
My work also includes registered designs for an AI-Based Interactive Workforce Analytics Device in India and an Emotion Scanning Apparatus in the United Kingdom. I review for international peer-reviewed journals and an IEEE-collaborated international conference.
