I lead a five-person QA team and work directly with client stakeholders on requirements, defect triage, and release-readiness updates. I also guide test reviews and Qualitia automation initiatives across web, mobile, and community portal workflows.

At Zensoft Services, I led manual and automation QA teams for CDSL’s CDAS and Easi depository applications, and managed QA sign-offs across releases. Earlier at Zensoft, I progressed from Senior Test Engineer to Team Lead (QA) while testing Bombay Stock Exchange applications, including BOLT, BOW, and India INX; I played a key role in India INX’s launch and production validation.

At Infosys Limited, I tested and supported Telstra’s telecom Operations Support Systems, validating production fixes and releases. I’m an ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level, with experience across Salesforce, capital markets, depository services, BFSI, and telecom.
