I've spent 35 years closing and managing residential and commercial property investments, including a 25-year Karachi practice and the last decade serving Islamabad clients through Sohail Brothers Property Consultant & Advisors. I act as the on-ground representative for overseas Pakistanis and out-of-city investors, sourcing, screening, negotiating and transferring properties valued from PKR 20 million to PKR 140 million.

I manage the full ownership cycle: rentals, tenant coordination, inspections, maintenance, renovation and fit-out oversight, secure bank-cheque and pay-order payment processes, and clear reporting for owners who cannot be present. I've delivered simultaneous commercial fit-outs within one-month deadlines and built long-term client relationships through transparent, accountable property operations.
