What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my people-focused approach, adaptability, and commitment to high-quality work within a dynamic team.

I have coordinated learning and development at Rentokil Initial, planning and delivering training sessions while managing the online learning system for global digital content deployment.I maintained relationships with stakeholders across 25 countries in Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, during and following completion of my Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner qualification with Distinction.

I supported the data entry and administration maintenance of the LMS system which homed 80,000 users.

I've also supported students, parents, and staff as College Pastoral Staff at Holy Trinity School Crawley, monitoring attendance, providing interventions, and becoming someone students trusted to talk to.

My work at Gatwick Airport, on an Australian farm, and volunteering with Turning Tides Horsham has strengthened my communication, resilience, self-discipline, and commitment to practical support for people.
