I am a fourth-year Economics student (M1) with a recent Bachelor's degree and strong academic grounding from EGSS-MCI in Madagascar. I combine formal training in economics with hands-on experience running an online business and interning in public administration.

As a self-employed Online Sales Manager I managed an online store, handled customer messages across chat and social media, and ensured quick, friendly, and helpful responses while juggling orders and client requests.

During an internship at the Regional Tax Office I assisted in processing taxpayer files, helped citizens with general tax inquiries, and learned to register tax payments via the Directorate General of Taxes website, strengthening my communication, precision, and teamwork skills.

I am reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with technical skills in EViews, Gretl, Microsoft Office, Power BI (beginner), Google Workspace, and customer support platforms such as Crisp and Zendesk. I am seeking remote opportunities to apply my communication, organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities while gaining professional experience.
