I seek a bookkeeping or property-management role to apply loan-level and mortgage accounting expertise, strengthen compliance and reporting, support audits, and grow into broader financial leadership within a collaborative team.

I am a bookkeeping professional with over 12 years of experience focused on mortgage accounting, property management, and financial compliance. I hold QuickBooks Online certification and multiple accounting credentials.

In my current role I manage property management accounting with Rent Manager, QuickBooks, and Excel, handling rent collection, escrow, disbursements, and loan-level accounting for lending operations. I produce reconciliations and financial reports for investors, auditors, and tax compliance.

Previously I managed payroll and tax filings for small business clients using QuickBooks, CFS, and ADP, processing payrolls and ensuring accurate quarterly and annual tax compliance. I have hands-on experience with AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and supporting audits.
