At 24A Design, I manage interior fit-out projects from client discovery and scope definition through delivery and handover. I coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers while tracking budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality.
I delivered Pilates Studio Danza, a turn-key wellness studio, in four weeks with 10 contractors. For the Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge in Kuşadası, Turkey, I led the project from concept through contractor coordination in collaboration with Argüç Mimarlık.
On an ongoing private house build in Serbia, I coordinate 25 contractors and suppliers from installations to finishes, using OKRs and weekly sprints. I also bring experience in interior design, architecture and design publishing, and project tools including Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, and Excel.
