Anita Arthur

At Ghana Library Authority, I oversee local and international partnerships and coordinate project development, management, evaluation, and reporting. I developed the GhLA Child Protection Policy Document and prepared proposals for community library and reading projects.

I coordinated the Book Aid International/GhLA International Literacy Day reading promotion event in Nkawkaw and the Book Aid International Kpongu Community Reading Award project. I also coordinated the Book Aid International children’s corners project in Ashanti and Techiman Regions.

Previously, as Projects Support Officer at Volunteer Partnership for West Africa, I supported project implementation, monitoring, and reporting. I updated the “Make Free SHS work for All” project website and used a project tracker to report on duty-bearer commitments.

I also worked as a Revenue Officer at Ejisu Juabeng Municipal Assembly, assessing and collecting municipal taxes and rates. My education includes an M.Sc. in NGO Studies and Management and training in Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Project and Programmes.
