At Tapvera Technologies, I architect and develop an enterprise CRM and HRMS platform serving 300+ users across HR, payroll, attendance, legal case management, document management, and client operations.

I build scalable Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Redis services with REST APIs, RBAC, JWT authentication, real-time collaboration, and secure document workflows. I also own production deployments across AWS and self-hosted Ubuntu infrastructure using NGINX, PM2, Docker, Systemd, and Cloudflare Tunnel.

I've built products including KHA Advocates CRM + HRMS, an AI-powered research platform using Google Gemini, and Research Decode, where I reduced average search response time by 60% from 1.8s to 0.7s.

Alongside engineering, I design responsive interfaces in Figma and contribute to open source as a Hacktoberfest maintainer, reviewing PRs, triaging issues, and mentoring 50+ first-time contributors.
