At KPOINT, I lead a 10-member creative team delivering video and content aligned with business goals. I prototype and integrate generative AI across scripting, ideation, editing, and design workflows.

I re-engineered production systems to reduce turnaround time by 50% while elevating creative quality, and developed client concepts incorporating personalization and interactivity. I also launched a rotational ACD growth program that mentors talent and promotes high performers into leadership roles.

Previously, at HighpowerV Media and MediaMedic Communications, I managed creative teams and animation and video departments, developing campaigns, brand strategies, animations, pitch videos, and end-to-end creative content.

My work also includes directing the feature-length documentary No More Secrets for IKON Productions, contributing to the national award-winning film Artist, and directing music videos, short films, branded advertisements, and work for the Star Plus sitcom Sumit Sambhal Lega. I’m focused on creative ecosystems where human imagination and intelligent systems co-create at scale.
