At Livspace, I coordinated end-to-end execution of 20+ projects from consultation through final handover. I maintained structured documentation and workflow tracking systems using Google Sheets to ensure operational accuracy, and I conducted detailed validation and recheck processes before order placement to minimize execution errors.

I also worked with multiple product catalogs to recommend solutions aligned with client needs, and I successfully closed 8–10 client deals during the pre-booking stage. Across fast-paced timelines, I handled multiple workflows while keeping accuracy and stakeholder communication on track.

Before operations, I built project exposure through design internships (SLABSO and AAKRATI), where I created visual assets and supported floor plans, 3D designs, and client concepts. That blend of structured execution and attention to quality continues to shape how I approach every operational handoff.
