At Wiom, I lead the Customer Platform and IX Platform serving 200K subscribers, and stay hands-on as the IX Platform owner. I planned a phased modernization of six legacy services, moving 70% of production traffic with zero customer-facing downtime.

I built a LangGraph booking agent that guides subscribers from plan discovery through purchase and pre-installation in one conversation, handling about 500 bookings a day. I also architected router telemetry ingestion for about 200K routers and built outage detection that reduced time-to-detect from 15 minutes to 45 seconds.

At Cars24, I was the founding engineer and architect of a C2C marketplace, building its Java and Spring Boot microservice foundation and core functionality before hiring and leading the team. The marketplace reached an INR 28 Cr+ annualised run-rate at positive contribution margin; earlier, I also contributed to the dealer wholesale and financing platform and built backend products at PolicyBazaar, Jabong, UdayHomz, and Housefull International.
