Engineering Director at Unilog leading CX1 Sigma modernization and delivering UniOps, an AI operations platform.

India

Message

At Unilog Content Solutions Pvt Ltd, I lead Professional Services and Solution Delivery across a 100+ person organization. As Engineering Director for CX1 Sigma, I’m leading the modernization of the legacy CX1 CIMM2 platform into a multi-tenant, AI-native B2B commerce platform.

I conceived, architected, and led UniOps from end to end: an AI operations platform shipped to production with an autonomous incident-triage agent and RAG-based knowledge retrieval. Before Unilog, I led engineering for Granite and Vendorly at Altisource Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, and founded RIDUS, a D2C ecommerce brand for which I designed and implemented inventory and retail-chain solutions.
