At Microline Information System Pvt Ltd, I developed an end-to-end quote-to-cash automation solution on Salesforce Sales Cloud, covering the sales lifecycle from web enquiry capture through order execution.
I built custom object models and automated workflows for enquiry management, OEM-RFQ collaboration, cost sheet generation, and multi-stage quote approvals. I also assisted in developing and maintaining the client’s Salesforce CPQ process from scratch and configured products and bundles.
As an Associate Technical Consultant at Microline Information System Pvt Ltd, I converted Process Builder workflows to Salesforce Flows and configured custom objects, fields, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. I also worked on Apex classes and triggers, data imports and exports, and deployments.
On projects, I developed Apex triggers and test classes, optimized SOQL queries, and built vendor quote and cost sheet automation. I hold Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud Consulting, Platform Administration, Developer PD-1, and AI Associate, and achieved Trailhead Double Star Ranger rank.
