What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging role that helps me enhance my knowledge and skills in actuarial and data science work.

At Willis Towers Watson, I conduct actuarial valuations for employee benefit schemes across India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, the USA, Nepal, and Australia.

I support pension, PRMB, gratuity, leave encashment, LTSA, and provident fund valuations under AS 15 (Revised), Ind AS 19, IAS 19, and US GAAP. I also advise listed and unlisted clients on benefit scheme design, funding strategies, leave restructuring, and long-term liability projections.

I've led client workshops on the impact of Wage Code implementation and use cleaned, analyzed datasets to inform valuations and strategic decisions.

I'm helping transition reporting from Excel and PowerPoint to Power BI, while training new hires in technical and non-technical topics. My work combines actuarial modelling with Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, statistics, economics, and finance.
