What I'm looking for

I want a security-focused workplace/support role where I can manage identity & endpoint security, investigate alerts, and grow deeper in Linux and incident-response while improving processes through scripting.

I’m a Workplace Support Services Engineer with about a year of enterprise experience at TBCBank, supporting 13,000+ users across national infrastructure in a regulated, security-control-led environment. I handle identity and access administration through Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, applying least-privilege permissions for delegated security-group access.

I also investigate and escalate endpoint security alerts and suspicious activity, supporting the endpoint security stack (EDR, antivirus, MDM enrollment, and device compliance) while monitoring branch infrastructure with Zabbix. I’m drawn to how systems work “under the hood,” and I keep sharpening my Linux, scripting, and security skills through hands-on blue-team practice and ongoing IT security education.
