What I'm looking for

I seek a position where I can use my legal and finance skills to help an organization navigate the convoluted and murky regulatory environment within emerging asset classes. I focus on the intersection of finance, technology, and policy/regulation.

Recent Brooklyn Law School Graduate with ten years of experience in Compliance and Financial Regulation. I help organizations understand their financial regulatory responsibilities and execute streamlined compliance programs, most recently through leading regulatory examination teams.
Some examples include:
• Helping a digital asset hedge fund tailor policies and procedures to commodities regulatory requirements
• Assisting small, niche introducing brokers in determining appropriate haircuts for net capital calculations
