I'm currently consulting on design and communication for Transform Schools, T3 for SCERT & DoSE under a World Bank project, producing visual communication collateral, learning modules, audiovisual documentaries, presentations, training reports, case studies, and social media work.

Across Agartala TV, Live24x7, Doordarshan Kendra Agartala, Waris TV, NE Bangla/NE TV, and other regional channels, I've led video editing, graphics, technical setup, channel branding, PCR/MCR operations, news-desk work, promos, logos, montages, and motion graphics. At Live24x7, I worked from technical setup through overall channel development; at a Bengali satellite channel, I managed video editing, graphics, and library operations simultaneously.

I've spent 17 years making films, cinematography, post-production, VFX, commercials, music videos, documentaries, telefilms, and Kokborok, Bengali, Chakma, and Bru films. My work includes government documentaries and advertisements for departments in Tripura, as well as projects for NDTV, PANOS, and Doordarshan.

I'm also committed to developing media talent, having led Media & Entertainment training at Bosco Integrated Development Society. I train learners in filmmaking, video editing, graphic design, and visual effects while managing production teams and creative delivery.
