I’m an Operations Manager who improves performance by combining Lean Manufacturing, ISO compliance, and hands-on operational leadership. I manage daily operations end-to-end—inventory control, shipping, production workflow, and production lifecycle execution—from raw materials to finished goods.
I lead ISO audit preparation and compliance while maintaining high quality and regulatory standards. I plan, schedule, and prioritize workloads to consistently meet on-time delivery goals, and I use process optimization and problem-solving to remove bottlenecks.
I implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives that reduce waste and strengthen production performance. I oversee full operations across multiple departments and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve process reliability.
Before operations leadership, I built deep CNC expertise as a CNC Machine Operator and CNC Machinist Apprentice, including blueprint reading, GD&T, first-piece inspections, and in-process quality control. That technical foundation helps me train teams, prevent defects, and support continuous improvement with practical, measurable standards.
