I’m interested in the development of digital solutions aimed at innovation and technological transformation. In my IT pre-professional internships, I supported the collection of requirements for ERP system implementation, documented internal processes (purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and human resources), and coordinated with external providers to validate system functionalities.
From functional testing and module validation to system incident reporting, I focus on practical improvements that make operations faster and clearer. I’ve also contributed to automation and digitization of internal formats, and I managed user and agreement databases to improve structure and traceability, along with research work such as an Augmented Reality + QR application and Scopus-indexed publications.
