I’m a Certified Business Analyst with a Master’s in Mass Communication and a strong research background. I combine structured business analysis with hands-on experience in product branding, PR, and research-based content development.

I’ve delivered research-driven academic content and managed website content and publishing workflows, ensuring quality, originality, and timely delivery. I also supported product branding and positioning by drafting press releases and communication materials and coordinating pre-event invitations and media outreach.

My research work includes a mixed-method master’s dissertation on teaching and learning through online platforms during COVID-19, including the adoption of AI-enabled learning platforms. I’ve also conducted an undergraduate comparative study on the symbolic meaning of colours in India and neighbouring countries, analyzing language, cultural interpretation, and communication.
