I’m a mechanical engineer with 15+ years of experience across automotive and manufacturing environments, where I’ve consistently led cross-functional efforts to deliver projects on time and within scope. I’m hands-on with design engineering, production support, and continuous improvement through disciplined, data-driven decision-making.
In my recent role, I provide technical leadership in aircraft interiors design—reviewing layouts and drawings for clarity and compliance, resolving design challenges across complex scopes, and developing new products and processes to support current and future business needs. I also coordinate engineering personnel to keep interrelated workstream deliverables on track.
Previously, as a Project Design Team Lead in solar energy services, I managed a team of design engineers and focused on timely, high-quality deliverables. I improved customer experience, drove performance through coaching and mentoring, and created analytics dashboards using Salesforce and Qlik Sense to support process alignment and escalations.
Earlier in my career, I supervised design groups and strengthened execution with schedules, standard working procedures, templates, and checklist-driven quality.
