What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an internship or supervised entry-level opportunity in a hospital or clinical dietetics department, where I can develop practical skills in nutrition assessment, dietary planning, and patient-centred nutrition care under qualified supervision.

My co-authored research, “Vegetable-Based Milk Alternatives: A Sensory Study of Potato Milk and Pea Milk,” was published in the International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology.

At SDM Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala, I’m studying Food Science and Technology, with coursework in Human Nutrition and Therapeutic Nutrition. I’m interested in clinical nutrition, nutrition assessment, dietary planning, and patient-centred nutrition care.

At Samath Global Food Consultants, I completed training on emerging food technology topics, including protein diversification and 3D food printing. I also participated in a Sports Nutrigenetics webinar through the Institute of Nutrigenetics.
