What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build AI-driven backend and time-series solutions in real energy systems, with measurable impact on forecasting and anomaly detection. I value strong engineering practices, research-to-production collaboration, and opportunities to grow.

I’m a software engineer and AI researcher with hands-on experience building backend services, data pipelines, and machine-learning models for the European energy sector. At GreenPowerMonitor, I engineer backend services in Java (Spring Boot) and frontends in Angular/TypeScript to monitor and control solar, wind, and storage assets across 50+ renewable plants.

I lead AI initiatives end-to-end: I designed and deployed deep-learning models in PyTorch and TensorFlow for energy time-series, improving solar and wind forecasting accuracy by ~15% and reducing false-positive anomaly alerts by ~25%. I also build end-to-end ML pipelines using scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and track experiments with MLflow and Weights & Biases.

In parallel, I conduct applied research at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) in deep learning and time-series ML on datasets of 1M+ records, benchmarking models and reporting metrics like MAE, RMSE, and MAPE. I’ve implemented LLM- and Transformer-based pipelines (PyTorch, Hugging Face), authored internal technical reports, and previously worked as a Data Analyst / Developer Intern delivering automation, data consolidation, and REST/Java Spring Boot forecast endpoints.
