I am a Registered Clinical Officer with 9 years of professional experience, including 3 years specializing in HIV care and treatment, EMTCT, cervical cancer screening and treatment, TB treatment and prevention, PrEP, GBV, and reproductive health. I currently work under LVCT Health through the Dhibiti Project at Maragua Sub County Hospital.
I provide HIV care and treatment for adults, children, and adolescents according to MOH guidelines, including triaging, adherence counselling, psychosocial support, and monitoring follow-up using clinical assessment and timely laboratory investigations such as viral load. I also deliver TB-HIV management and prevention services, integrate reproductive health services (FP and cervical cancer screening and treatment) into HIV care, and support proper documentation and data confidentiality.
I am highly dedicated to achieving UNAIDS 95-95-95 goals through strong case management, community follow up and linkage, and ensuring clients remain in care and achieve viral load suppression—supported by Optimized Retention Initiative (ORI) to reduce missed appointments. I have strengthened my practice through training in new ART guidelines, Advanced HIV Disease course (NASCOP), and cancer screening and treatment, and I have contributed to lowering stigma and new HIV transmission by offering PrEP to eligible populations.
