At BridgeInvest, I manage asset management and credit oversight for a diversified CRE debt portfolio. I turn underwriting, legal documents, reserve requirements, and third-party diligence into proactive management plans, and monitor financial performance, leasing, and business plan execution.
I manage distressed and defaulted CRE loans alongside senior leadership and outside counsel, evaluating resolution strategies such as note sales, structured forbearances, and negotiated deeds-in-lieu. I’ve also led foreclosure-to-ownership transitions and stabilization, including a six-asset, cross-collateralized Detroit portfolio and a historic vacant Cleveland office building.
I co-developed and implemented a firm-wide Power BI database to standardize asset-management operations, and designed control frameworks and templates for recurring credit and servicing processes. Earlier, I screened prospective real estate acquisitions at BRT Realty Trust and assisted with transaction due diligence and credit committee summaries.
