What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role where I can be an asset by improving long-term care billing, accounts receivable, training, and operational processes while continuing to expand my knowledge.

I've helped long-term care facilities strengthen accounts receivable, billing operations, and reimbursement processes across Principle LTC, August Holdings, and Britthaven Nursing and Rehab.

As a Regional Consultant at Principle LTC, I trained and audited up to nine facility Business Office Managers, reviewed accounts for financial interviews, followed up on claim denials, and handled refunds and adjustments to maintain clear A/R. I also completed quarterly resident fund audits and participated in weekly A/R meetings with senior management.

I've managed payroll, payables, patient funds, operating accounts, Medicaid follow-up, and junior-staff training. I'm proud to have been a key figure in moving facilities from last place to first place in accounts receivable.
