I’m a Certified Transportation coordinator with a reputation for excellence and flawless communication, organization, and logistical experience. I’m highly skilled in planning routes and transportation logistics to achieve strict delivery timeframes while maintaining customer service and satisfaction benchmarks.

Since July 2020, I’ve worked as a Logistics Transportation Coordinator for Waste Pro USA, transporting waste from contracted residences to the main disposal hub and coordinating daily logistics logs. I maintain safety procedures and training for the crew and new employees, and I perform and record daily trips, including expenses and effort.

Previously, as a Logistics Coordinator/ Dispatcher for County wide waste (August 2015–April 2020), I scheduled local and regional customer waste pick ups and coordinated over 7 waste removal teams to meet delivery timeframes. I also reviewed customer accounts, maintained safety training for all teams, and created extensive reporting using Excel and QuickBooks—plus I developed processes to improve efficiency and timelines.
