I’m looking to partner with leadership in complex, fast-growing, multi-country environments—owning FP&A and financial frameworks end-to-end. I thrive in greenfield initiatives and technology-first decision support for remote/distributed teams.

I’m a global operations finance business partner with 10+ years of experience building end-to-end financial frameworks from scratch in complex, fast-growing, multi-country environments. I’ve repeatedly operated as the sole on-site finance lead, partnering virtually with international stakeholders while delivering results with minimal oversight.

My focus is FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, standard costing, and profitability analysis—supported by KPI framework design and management reporting. I’m comfortable shifting finance from data collection to strategic analysis, and validating business value before decisions are made.

At Novo Nordisk, I built a site’s entire financial reporting and control framework from scratch and led annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for a greenfield manufacturing environment. At AT&S AG, I modernized a global cost-savings program by partnering with IT to launch a new digital platform integrated with Power BI. Earlier in my career, I strengthened plant budgeting, forecasting, and controls, cleared a backlog of over 1,000 unprocessed invoices, and owned month-end close including accruals and cost reclassifications.

Technology-first is central to how I work: SAP S/4HANA and Power BI help me create scalable, digital-first reporting and decision-support tools for distributed organizations. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across borders—IT, engineering, and operations—to ensure financial rigor, speed, accuracy, and confidence in reporting.
